In the shadow of Lambeau field Leatherhead Brewing Company has been brewing hand crafted unfiltered beer with a 7 barrel system for about a year now.   To further expand the entire experience at the brewery and bridge the gap between great beer and locally sourced fresh food Leatherhead Brewing Company is pleased to announce its new Chef Steven Glasl.  His passions in cooking include creating dishes with sustainable delicate organic greens that are locally sourced as well as simplistic meat dishes inspired by local farms, each of which will have representation on Leatherhead’s new menu.  Chef Glasl has revamped Leatherhead’s menu to compliment the hand crafted beer and casual atmosphere.  Some items on the new menu include, breaded and fried smelt as part of the Friday fish experience, a bone marrow dish, and many vegetarian selections sourced from local farms.  In trying some of the delectable new creations on the menu guests to Leatherhead will enjoy a truly unique experience in Green Bay.  The constantly changing menu will reflect Chef Glasl’s creativity as well as the season and availability of locally sourced foods.  Letterhead’s hours of operation are Monday through Friday 4pm-close and Saturday and Sunday 11am-close.
